All our pies are handmade in our pie kitchen, which is based in North Norfolk. We are passionate about pies, which is why we ensure that our ingredients are locally sourced, free-range and of the highest possible welfare.
How do I cook my pies? Pre-heat your oven to 200°c. Remove pies from the freezer and place in the oven (do not remove from the outer foil). Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is piping hot all the way through.
How will I receive my pies? They are individually wrapped, and will be handed directly to you in a paper bag. Our delivery day is Thursdays within the area highlighted on the map. Our delivery charge is £3.00, with free delivery for orders over £40 You will need to be at home to receive your order, so that it can be placed straight into the freezer. To avoid the delivery charge, you can collect your order from our Kitchen in Buxton on Fridays between 10am and 4pm.
Where do you source your meat? Every single piece of meat that we use is free-range, and sourced within Norfolk & Suffolk only. Our grass-fed beef from Eves Hill Farm is situated only 9 miles from our pie kitchen. We have chosen them as our supplier as they pride themselves on the highest standards of animal welfare and stewardship.
How are my pies packaged? You pies are individually wrapped and frozen; please place them in the freezer on arrival (unless you can't wait, then pop them straight into the oven!).
What size and weight are the pies ? The pies weigh 220g each and are packed with filling, making a hearty meal for one.

How long can I keep my pies in the freezer? Your pies will have a use by date displayed on each pie. For best results we recommend using them within 6 months of receiving them (if you can resist eating them for that long!).

Buying our pies also avoids a complex supply chain. This results in less travelling and storage, which is ultimately is much better for the environment.
